RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, JOSEPH R. HARRISON, JR. , joined by his wife
PATRICIA F. HARRISON and ARTHUR J. SHA.DEK and KATHERINE F.
SHADEK, have requested the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, approve for record plat known as "OCEAN FOREST,
portions of Sections 9, 10, 15, and 16, Township 60 South, Range 40 East,
Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director and
County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said plat for
record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "OCEAN FOREST,
portions of Sections 9, 10, 15, and 16, Township 60 South, Range 40 East,
Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida" be,. and the same is hereby approved
for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized
to sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
