RESOLUTION NO. 76 -1973
WHEREASJ the Department of Transportation, State of FloridaJ
has approximately Fifteen Million Dollars ($15J 000,000. 00) for use in
buying primary right-of..waYJ and
WHEREASJ it is necessary to obtain additional right-of-way in
Monroe CountYJ Florida, nowJ therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Department of TransportationJ
State of Florida, allot Five Hundred Thousand Dollars ($500J 000. 00) for
the purchase of primary right-of-way in Monroe CountYJ Florida.
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be and he is hereby authorized to forward certified copies of this
resolution to the Department of Transportation for appropriate action.
