RESOLUTION NO. 108 -1973
WHEREAS, Section 372.925, Florida Statutes provides for matching
state funds for special districts or local authorities charged with the respon-
sibility of controlling or eradicating aquatic plants, such funds to be ad-
ministered by the Department of Natural Resources,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, hereby certifies to the
Department of Natural Resources that it has sufficient funds budgeted for the
fiscal year October 1, 1973 through September 30, 1974 to match state funds
on an equal basis up to $36,000.00 in salaries and equipment.
