RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS~ THE OCEAN REEF CLUB, INC. ~ a Florida corporation~
has requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County~
Florida~ approve for record a plat known as "4TH REVISION TO PUMPKIN
CAY OCEAN REEF PLA T NO. 7~ a Replat of a Portion of 2nd Revision to
Pumpkin Cay Ocean Reef Plat No. 7 (P. B. 6, P. 106) and a Portion of 3rd
Revision to Pumpkin Cay Ocean Reef Plat No.7 (P. B. 6~ P. 113) all lying
in Section 7, Township 59 South, Range 41 East~ Key Largo, Monroe County,
FloridalJ~ and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director and
County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said plat for
record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE CO UNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as lJ4TH REVISION TO
PUMPKIN CAY OCEAN REEF PLAT NO.7, a Replat of a Portion of 2nd Re-
vision to Pumpkin Cay Ocean Reef Plat No.7 (P. B. 6, P. 106) and a Portion
of 3rd Revision to Pumpkin Cay Ocean Reef Plat No.7 (P. B. 6, P. 113) all
lying in Section 7, Township 59 South~ Range 41 East, Key Largo, Monroe
County, F10ridalJ be and the same is hereby approved for record, and the
Chairman and Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate
of approval of said plat.
