Resolution 149-1973 RESOLUTION NO. l49 -1973 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, called for a public hearing on Tuesday the 2nd day of June, 1959, to consider the abolishment of portions of certain streets on the plat known as Anglers Park, a Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 159 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and WHEREAS, in said notice Turbot Street lying south of Tarpon Avenue was one of the portions of said streets to be abolished, and WHEREAS, on the 2nd day of June, 1959, at a meeting of said Board a resolution vacating portions of said streets was passed by said Board, and in drawing said resolution that portion of Turbot Street lying South of Tarpon Avenue was inadvertently left out of said resolution, which said resolution was recorded in Official Records 188, Page 325 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and WHEREAS, it was the intention of said Board to abolish said portion of Turbot Street lying south of Tarpon Avenue, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the resolution vacating portions of streets in Anglers Park, a Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 1, Page 159 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, which said resolution is recorded in Official Records 188, Thge 325 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, be and the same is hereby amended nunc pro tunc to include that portion of Turbot Street lying south of Tarpon Avenue in Anglers Park, a Subdivision, recorded in Plat l300k 1, Page 159 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida DATED December 11, 1973.
