Fio1 for a change of zoning of Part of Lot 6 and Part of Lot 7 in Section 22, Township 66 South, Range 39 East According to the P. E. Jenkins Plat, Plat Book 1, Page 68, (Key Largo), Monroe County, Florida, and WHEREAS, after taking testimony and hearing all persons desiring to be heard, said Board approved the request of change of zohing from GU to RU~3 in ac- cordance with Solution III, 58 units per site only, and WHEREAS, Upper Keys Citizens Association filed an appeal with the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, asking the Board to reverse the decision of the Zoning Board, in accordance With the laws applicable thereto, and WHEREAS, On the 20th day of November, 1973, the Board of County Commiss- ioners held such an appeal and after reviewing the record and proceedings and said action taken at said public hearing on July 27, 1973, and taking testimony and hearing all person desiring to be heard, voted to uphold the action of the Zoning Board in approving the request for change of zoning fromGU to RU~3 in accordance with Solution III, 58 units per site only, as set forth in the petition filed by the said Juan M. Fio1 With the Zoning Board of Monroe County, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution confirming the upholding of the above action of said County Commission, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,. FLORIDA, that the decision of the Zoning Board made at the public hearing on July 27, 1973, approving the request of Juan M. Fiol for change of zohing on Part of Lot 6 and Part of Lot 7 in Section 22, Township 66 South, Range 39 East According to theP. E. Jenkins Plat, Plat Book 1, Page 68, (Key Largo), Monroe County, Florida, fromGU to RU-3 in accordance with Solution III, 58 units per site only, be and the same is hereby upheld.
