Resolution 218-1992 OMB RESOLUTION NO. 218 - 1992 A RESOLUTION CONCERNING RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Fair Share Improvement Trust Fund - Solid Waste - Fund #313 of the Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1992 to account for unanticipated funds received, now, therefore, BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: That the Fair Share Improvement Trust Fund - Solid Waste - Fund #313 of the Monroe County Budget for fiscal year 1992, be and the same is hereby increased by the sum of $35.00 as follows: Revenues: 313-000000-363131 313-000000-363132 313-000000-363133 Solid Waste Impact Fees - D1 Solid Waste Impact Fees - D2 Solid Waste Impact Fees - D3 $ 5,880.00 (1,607.00) (4,238.00) Total Revenue $ 35.00 ---------- ---------- Appropriations: 313-260000-541630 County Wide Projects Roll-off Container Project $ 35.00 Total Appropriations $ 35.00 ---------- ---------- BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board, upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds, is hereby authorized and directed to place funds in said items, as set forth above.
