RESOLUTION NO.
WHEREAS THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY desires to acquire all of the Right-of-Way on the road designated
as S-905 from Lake Surprise north to the County line in Broad Creek, and
the Right-of-Way on the Ocean to Bay Road which runs from the Ocean
westerly to Steamboat Creek, and
WHEREAS the Department of Transportation has advised said Board
that nineteen (19) parcels still remain to be acquired on State Road S-905
which said Right-of-Way was to be acquired in connection with the rebuilding
of State Road S-905, and
WHEREAS said Board desires to obtain title to said nineteen (19)
parcels when acquisition has been completed by the Department of Transpor-
tation,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, that the Department of Transpor-
tation, State of Florida, is hereby requested to return to Monroe County,
Florida the following described Rights-of- Way:
Ocean to Bay Road
All the rights and interests of the State of Florida
Department of Transportation into dedicated and used State
Road known as Ocean to Bay Road on Key Largo from the
west lines of Sections 22 and 27, in Township 59 South
Range 40 East, Easterly to the waters of the Atlantic Ocean;
all according to the Right-of-Way Map of Section 90505-
2608, Ocean to Bay Road, Sheets 1, 2 and 3.

All the rights and interests of the State of Florida
Department of Transportation into dedicated and used State
Road No, S-905 from the Northeasterly Right-of-Way line
of State Road No.5 (U.S. No.1) in Section 31, Township

60 South~ Range 40 East, Key Largo, Northerly to Broad
Creek in Section 32, Township 58 South, Range 41 East,
at the South line of Dade County; all according to the Right-
of-Way Map of Section 90520-2601, State Road No. S-905,
Sheets 1 through 10, inclusive.
Upon the acquisition of the additional nineteen (19) parcels of Right-of-Way
on State Road S-905 that the Department of Transportation transfer title
to said parcels to Monroe County, Florida.
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED by said Board that copie s of this
Re solution be forwarded to the Department of Transportation for appropriate
action.
