RESOLUTION NO. 5- 1972
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, to make budgeted transfers previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1971-72, and to create new items under
said Budget, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously set up
in the Monroe County Budget for the year 1970-71, in the amounts hereinafter
set forth be transferred to and from the following accounts:
GENERAL REVENUE
Transfer from Item #213.02, Travel and Auto Allowance, the
sum of $600. 00 to Item #813.82, Capital Outlay
Transfer from Item #223.04, Travel and Auto Allowance, the
sum of $50.00 to Newly Created Item #223.85, Books, Maps,
Plates, Newspapers & Magazines
Transfer from Item #821.82, Capital Outlay, the sum of
$200.00 to Newly Created Item #221. 19, Gas, Lubricants
and Other Propellants
Transfer from Item #679. 19, Gas, Lubricants and Other
Propellants, the sum of $200.00 to Newly Created Item
#679.22, Maintenance of Building
Transfer from Item #868.82, Capital Outlay, the sum of
$300.00 to Newly Created Item #568. 13, Office Supplies and
Expenses Including Printing
FINE AND FORFEITURE
Transfer from Item #234.85, Books, Maps, Plates, Newspapers,
and Magazines, the sum of $500.00 to Newly Created Item
#834.82, Capital Outlay
ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
Transfer from Item #451. 28, Rental, the sum of $150. 00 to
Newly Created Item #451. 04, Travel and Auto Allowance

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be, and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to
effect the transfer of funds as hereinabove set forth.
