RESOLUTION NO. 26 -1972
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, R. E. Scharf Contracting Company, a Florida corpora-
tion, has requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, approve for record a plat known as liT AMARAC PARK
NO.2, a Subdivision of a Portion of Government Lot 4, Section 27,
Township 67 S., Range 26 E., Geiger Key, Monroe County, Florida!' and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director
and County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said
plat for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "TAMARAC
PARK NO.2., a Subdivision of a Portion of Government Lot 4, Section 27,
Township 67 S., Range 26 E., Geiger Key, Monroe County, Florida'l
be, and the same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and
Clerk 0 f said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval
on said plat.
