WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, has been petitioned to renounce and disclaim any right of the County
and the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley -way, road
or highway as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and
WHEREAS, due notice has been published and a public hearing has
been held in accordance with Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, and
WHEREAS, at said public hearing no objections were made to the
renouncing and disclaiming of any right of the County and the public in and
to the hereinafter described street, alley -way, road or highway as delineated
on the hereinafter described map or plat, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that said Board hereby renounces and
disclaims any right of the County and the public in and to the following de-
scribed street, alley -way, road or highway as delineated on the hereinafter
described map or plat, to -wit:
From the intersection of the center line of the Overseas
Highway and the E. line of Govt. Lot 3, Section 10-66-32,
run S. 74020' W. along said center line of the Overseas
Highway, a distance of 2849. 86 ft. to a point; thence at
right angles, S. 15040' E. a distance of 50 feet to a point'
on the S'ly right-of-way line of said Overseas Highway,
and the Point of Beginning of the parcel of land herein-
after described; thence along the arc of a tangential curve
to the right (the tangent having a bearing of S. 54° 01'40" E.
at the Point of Beginning) with a radius of 270 ft. , and a
central angle of 26°33', a distance of 125. 11 feet to a point
of compound curve; thence along the arc of a curve to the
right with a radius of 30 ft. ; and a central angle of 46°21i50",
a distance of 24. 28 feet to a point of tangency; thence run
S. 18°57130" W., a distance of 137.59 feet to a point of
curve; thence along the arc of a tangential curve to the left

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby authorized and ordered to publish notice of the
adoption of this Resolution by said Board in accordance with the provisions
of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
