Resolution 034-1972 RESOLUTION NO. 34 ..1972 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or high- way, and WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accord- ance with said Chapter, now therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 2:00 P. M., Tuesday, May 9, 1972, said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public m and to the following described street, alley-way, road or highway: That portion of Buttonwood Drive lying and being adjacent to Lots 17, 18, 19, and 20 as shown on plat of Sugarloaf Shores Plat No. 2 (Section C), a Subdivision of Part of Govt. Lot 1, Sec. 3, T. 67 S., R. 27 E., Part of Govt. Lot 2, Sec. 2, T. 67 S., R. 27 E., and Part of Govt. Lot 3, Sec. 11, T. 67Sq R. 27E. on Sugarloaf Key, Monroe County, Florida, lying Northeasterly of Sugarloaf Boulevard (State Road No. 5939) and a Resubdivision of Lots 72 and 73 of Sugarloaf Shores Subdivision Plat Book 2, Page 158, Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 53 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
