A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 429-1991

WHEREAS, Resolution No. 429-1991 heretofore enacted for tha~
purpose of receiving unanticipated funds, contains certain CL i:

WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Commission to rectify by
amendment such errors, now, therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
