WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public
in and to the hereinafter described street, alley -way, road or highway, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is 'necessary to
hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accordance
with said Chapter, now therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 2:00 P.M., Tuesday, July 11, 1972,
said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not said Board
will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the
following described street, alley -way, road or highway:
A parcel of land lying in a subdivision lying partly in Govern-
ment Lot 2,- Section 2, Township 67 S, Range 27 E, Sugarloaf
Key, Monroe County, Florida, more particularly described
as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwesterly corner of Lot 20
of a subdivision, better known as Sugarloaf Shores, of part of
Government Lot 1, Section 3, part of Government Lot 2, Sec-
tion 2, and part of Government Lot 3, Section 11, all in Town-
ship 67 S, Range 27 E, on Sugarloaf Key, Monroe County,
Florida as recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 53 of the Public
Records of Monroe County, Florida, run Northeasterly per-
pendicular to the Northeasterly boundary line of said Lot 20
and along the Southeasterly Right of Way of a roadway 50 feet
in width for 12. 05 feet to the beginning of a cul-de-sac, thence
run Northeasterly, Northerly, Northwesterly and Southerly along
the arc of a curve to the Left of radius 37.50 feet for 200.89
feet to the ending of said cul-de-sac and to a point of tangency;
thence run Southwesterly along Northwesterly Right of Way of
said roadway and perpendicular to said boundary line of said
Lot 20 for 12. 05 feet to a point of curvature; thence run South-
westerly along said Right of Way and along the arc of a curve to
the Right of radius 180. 00 feet _for 53. 03 feet; thence run South-
easterly radial to said curve for 50. 00 feet to a point on the
Southeasterly Right of Way of said roadway; thence run North-
easterly along said Right of Way and along the arc of a curve
to the left of radius 230. 00 feet for 67. 76 feet to the Point of
Beginning of the lands herein described.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in accor-
dance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
