Resolution 064-1972 RESOLUTION NO. 64 -1972 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida desire s to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described street" alley-way, road or highway" and WHEREAS, under Chapter 336" Florida Statutes, it is necessary to hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accordance with said Chapter" now therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 2 :00 P. M., Tuesday" July 18, 1972, said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the following described street, alley-way, road or highway: A fifty (50) foot strip of land lying between Lot 22, Block 9, and Lot 1 and the North 1/2 of Lot 2, Block la, all of Coco Plum Beach Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 166, of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida" and being more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows: Commencing at the SW corner of Lot 2, Block la, of said Coco Plum Beach Subdivision, bear North 55 feet to a point, said point to be known as the Point of Beginning of the fifty (50) foot strip of land hereinafter described; thence bear North 80 feet to a point; thence bear West 50 feet to a point; thence bear South 80 feet to a point; thence bear East 50 feet, back to the Point of Beginning. BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in accor- dance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, DATED June 20, 1972.
