RESOLUTION NO. 72 -1972
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLA T FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, RALPH VAN SICKLIN and LYDIA VAN SICKLIN and
JAMES HAROLD RUSSELL and FLORENCE M. RUSSELL, have requested
that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, approve
for record plat known as "CAPE SUBDIVISION, a Resubdivision in a Portion
of Lots 8 and 12 of Model Land Company, P. B. 1-P. 68; Lots 6 through 29,
a Portion of Lot 30 and Reserved Strip in Block 7 in Sunset Cove, P. B. 1-
P. 165 and Amended Plat Portion of Sunset Cove, P. B. 2-P. 11; all of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida and all in Sec. 32, Township 61
South, Range 39 East, on Key Largo, Florida" and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director and
County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said plat for
record, now, the refore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "CAPE SUBDIVISION,
a Resubdivision in a Portion of Lots 8 and 12 of Model Land Company,
P.B. I-P.68; Lots 6 through 29. a Portion of Lot 30 and Reserved Strip in
Block 7 in Sunset Cove, P. B. I-P. 165 and Amended Plat Portion of Sunset
Cove, P. B. 2-P. 11 all; of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida and
all in Sec. 32, Township 61 South, Range 39 East, on Key Largo, Florida" be
and the same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of
said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval on said
plat.
