RESOLUTION NO. 90 -1972
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, adopted a re solution on the 5th day of July, 1965, reque sting that a
bond issue in the amount of $7,900,000 be sold, the proceeds thereof in part
to be used to acquire rights of way and to construct various secondary road
projects therein designated,
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, do not wish to have constructed the following proje cts:

WHEREAS, it has now been determined that, except for the item of
Right of way for Primary and Secondary roads throughout Monroe County in
the amount of $65,000, the proceeds from the $7,900,000 Monroe County Road
and Bridge Revenue Bonds, dated December 1, 1965, will exceed the require-
ments for the cost of acquisition of road rights of way and construction included
in and set forth in the aforesaid bond issue, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, that the Department of Transportation of the State of
Florida transfer the remainder of any and all monies and funds in the Depart-
ment of Transportation of the State of Florida, Monroe County Project Construc-
tion Trust Fund No. 81 to the State Board of Administration for deposit in the
Sinking Fund authorized by the aforesaid bond issue.
NOW, THEREFORE" the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, does hereby request and authorize the Department of

Transportation of the State of Florida to transfer the remainder of any and
all monie s and funds in the Department of Transportation of the State of
Florida Monroe County Project Construction Fund No. 81, except $65~ 000,
to the State Board of Administration for deposit in the Sinking Fund authorized
by the aforesaid bond issue.
