Resolution 101-1972 RESOLUTION NO. 101 ..1972 WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the hereinafter described street~ alley-way, road or highway, and WHEREAS~ under Chapter 336~ Florida Statutes, it is necessary to hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accordance with said Chapter. now therefore BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 2:00 P. M., Tuesday, October 3, 1972, said Board will hold a public hearing to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the public in and to the following described street, alley-way, road or highway: A portion of Transylvania Avenue and Shoreland Drive, said portion being dedicated by Largo Sound Park and Anglers Park Shores, according to the plats thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3 at Page 111 and Plat Book 1 at Page 148 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and being more particularly described as follows: That portion of Transylvania Avenue lying Southerly of Lot 3, Block 15 of said plat of Largo Sound Park and being bounded on the Northerly side by the Southerly line of said Block 15 and bounded on the Southerly side by the Northerly line of Block 8 of said plat of Anglers Park Shores and bounded on the Easterly side by the shoreline of Largo Sound and bounded on the Westerly side by the Southwesterly prolongation of the Northwesterly line of said Block 15; TOGETHER WITH that portion of Transylvania Avenue and Shoreland Drive dedicated by said plat of Largo Sound Park and lying within a circular sector bounded on the Northwesterly side by the South- westerly prolongation of the Northwesterly line of said Block 15 and bounded on the Southerly side by the Westerly pro- longation of the Southerly line of said Block 15 and bounded on the Northeasterly side by the arc of a circular curve con... cave to the Northeast and being the Southwesterly line of said Block 15 and having for its elements a radius of 25.00 feet and a central angle of 115 degrees. -2- BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
