RESOLUTION NO. 113..1972
WHEREAS~ Section 372.925, Florida Statutes provides for
matching state funds for special districts or local authorities charged with
the responsibility of controlling or eradicating aquatic plants, such funds to
be administered by the Department of Natural Resources,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS 0 F MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA hereby
certifies to the Department of Natural Resources that it has sufficient funds
budgeted for the fiscal year October I, 1972 through September 30. 1973 to
match state funds on an equal basis up to $25~ 000. 00 in salaries and equip-
ment.
