RESOLUTION NO. 119 -1972
WHEREAS the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to create a Community Action Agency in said County, and
WHEREAS said Board desires to designate its members as the
governing body of said Agency and to designate Jack Burke, County Deve1op-
ment Coordinator, as its Agent, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY T'HE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONER S
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA that a Community Action Agency be and
the same is hereby established for Monroe County, Florida and that the
governing body of said Agency shall be said Board of County Commissioners
and that Jack Burke, County Development Coordinator, be and he is hereby
designated as the Agent for said Agency to act on its behalf.
