RESOLUTION NO. 126 -1972
WHEREAS. the Department of Transportation, State of Florida,
has advised the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida.
that Monroe County bond funds have been made available to cover State
Budget Item No. 426661. State Job No. 90610-3608 (Key Colony Beach
Streets 8, 9, 10, 11 and 12), and
WHEREAS. the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, had previously authorized, by Resolution No. 85-1972. said
Department of Transportation to use One Hundred Thousand Dollars
($100,000.00) derived from the 7th cent gasoline tax for this project, now
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA. that Resolution No. 85-1972 be and the
same is hereby rescinded and of no force and effect and that the Department
of Transportation. State of Florida., be and it is hereby authorized to use
Monroe County bond funds to cover State Budget Item No. 426661, State
Job No. 90610..3608 (Key Colony Beach Streets 8. 9. 10," 11 and 12).
BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of
said Board be and he is hereby directed to forward certified copies of this
