RESOLUTION NO. 129 -1972
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, JOSEPH G. MORETTI, INC., a Florida corporation,
has requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record plat known as '1REPLAT OF TRACT IAI OF
HAMMER POINT PARK, lying in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4 - Section 22 _
Township 62 South - Range 38 East, Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida"
and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director and
County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said plat for
record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOL VED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "REPLAT OF
TRACT 'A' OF HAMMER POINT PARK, lying in the SE 1/4 of the SE 1/4-
Section 22 - Township 62 South - Range 38 East, Key Largo, Monroe County,
Florida" be, and the same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman
and Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of
appr oval of s aid plat.
