Resolution 130-1972• RESOLUTION NO. 130 -1972 WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at a public hearing on May 26, 1972, duly called and held in accordance with the zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida, and the laws of the State of Florida, considered the request of Julius D. Krombach for a variance to zoning to permit trailer occupancy on Lots 3 and 4, Block 10 Harris Park Estates First A.ddition (Tavernier), as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 139 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and WHEREAS, after taking testimony and hearing all persons desiring to be heard, said Board denied the request for the variance, and WHEREAS, Julius D. Krombach filed an appeal with the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, asking the Board to re- verse the decision of the Zoning Board, in accordance with the laws applicable thereto, and WHEREAS, on the 17th day of October, 1972, the Board of County Commissioners held such an appeal and an attorney appeared on behalf of Julius D. Krombach and after -reviewing the record and proceedings and said action taken in said public hearing held on May 26, 1972, and hearing argument of counsel, voted to uphold the action of the Zoning Board in deny- ing the request to permit trailer occupancy on Lots 3 and 4, Block 10 Harris Park Estates First Addition (Tavernier), as recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 139 of the Public Records of Monroe County, 'Florida, and the action of the Zoning Board of Monroe County in denying the request is hereby upheld.
