RESOLUTION NO.l31 -1972
WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at a
public hearing on May 26, 1972, duly called and held in accordance with
the zoning regulations of Monroe County, Florida, and the laws of the State
of Florida, considered the request of Russell H. Cullen for a variance in
zoning to permit trai ler occupancy and variance for trailer to be used for
storage only on portions of Lots 4 and 8, Section 32, Township 61 South,
Range 39 East (Key Largo), as recorded in Plat Book I, Page 68 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, and
WHEREAS, after taking testimony and hearing all persons desiring
to be heard, said Board denied the request for the variances, and
WHEREAS, Russell H. Cullen filed an appeal with the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, asking the Board to re-
verse the decision of the Zoning Board, :in accordance with the laws applicable
thereto, and
WHEREAS, on the 17th day of October, 1972, the Board of County
Commissioners held such appeal and Russell H. Cullen appeared on his behalf
and after reviewing the record and proceedings and said action taken in said
public hearing held on May 26, 1972, and hearing the argument of the said
Russell H. Cullen, voted to reverse the Zoning Board in denying said request
for variances, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution confirming the above
action of said Board of County Commissioners, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Zoning Board made
at the public hearing on May 26, 1972, denying the request of Russell H.
Cullen for a variance to zoning to permit trailer occupancy and variance for
trailer to be used for storage only on portions of Lots 4 and 8, Section 32,
Township 61 South, Range 39 East (Key Largo), as recorded in Plat Book 1,

Page 68 of the Public Records of Monroe County~ Florida, is hereby reversed
and the said Russell H. Cullen is hereby granted temporary variances for the
purpose of allowing occupancy to be used for storage only which said temporary
variances may be cancelled at any time by the said Board of County Com..
missioners.
