RESOLUTION NO. 134 -1972
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLA T FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, HOWARD M. POST and JEANNE H. POST, his wife,
have requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record plat known as "NICHOLS SUBDIVISION, a
subdivision of a portion of Government Lot 1, Section 21, Township 60
South" Range 40 East and a parcel of privately-owned submerged land in
the Atlantic Ocean abutting Section 21, Township 60 South, Range 40
East, Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director
and County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said plat
for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as "NICHOLS
SUBDIVISION, a subdivision of a portion of Government Lot 1, Section 21,
Township 60 South, Range 40 East, and a parcel of privately-owned sub-
merged land in the Atlantic Ocean abutting Section 21, Township 60 South,
Range 40 East, Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida" be, and the same is
hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are
hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
