RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, OCEAN REEF CLUB, INC., a Florida corporation,
has requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record plat known as "1ST REVISION TO FIRST
ADDITION TO GRA.YVIK.EXTENSION OCEAN REEF PLAT NO. 8, being
a replat of a portion of Lots 21, 22 and "Tract" of First Addition to
Grayvik Extension Ocean Reef Club Plat No. 8 (P. B. 6, Pg. 45) lying in
Section 12, Township 59 South, Range 40 East, Key Largo, Monroe County,
Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director
and County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said plat
for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as 111ST REVISION
TO FIRST ADDITION TO GRA.YVIK EXTENSION OCEAN REEF PLAT NO. 82
being a replat of a portion of Lots 21, 22 and "Tract" of First Addition to
Grayvik Extension Ocean Reef Club Plat No. 8 (P. B. 6, Pg. 45) lying in
Section 12, Township 59 South, Range 40 East, Key Largo, Monroe County,
Florida" be, and the same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman
and Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of
approval of said plat.
