RESOLUTION NO. 142 -1972
RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, THE OCEAN REEF CLUB, INC., a Florida corporation,
has requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, approve for record plat known as 112ND REVISION TO PUMPKIN
CAY OCEAN REEF PLAT NO. 7, a replat of a portion of Pumpkin Cay Ocean
Reef Plat No. 7 (P. B. 6, Pg. 77) and 1st Revision to Pumpkin Cay (P. B. 6,
Pg. 97) all lying in Section 7, Township 59 South, Range 41 East, Key Largo,
Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director and
County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said plat
for record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA., that the plat known as "2ND REVISION
TO PUMPKIN CA.Y OCEAN REEF PLAT NO. 7, a replat of a portion of
Pumpkin Cay Ocean Reef Plat No. 7 (P. B. 6, Pg. 77) and 1st Revision to
Pumpkin Cay (P. B. 63 Pg. 97) all lying in.Section 7, Township 59 South,
Range 41 East, Key Largo, Monroe County, Florida" be, and the same is
hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are
hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
