Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the
public in and to the 'hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or high-
way as delineated on the he'teinafter described map or plat, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to
hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accor-
dance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at

to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any
right oi the County and tne pu'olic in and to the foHowing described street,
alley-way, road or highway:
The Easterly extension of Ocean Terrace, a street lying
between Lots 28 and 33, all as appearing in a plat entitled
LITTLE VENICE NO.2, a subdivision according to the
Plat thereof as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 26 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.

BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of ~aid meeting in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.

hat the undersigned own all property abutting the Easterly
xtention of Ocean Terrace and request abandonment of this extensio
f said street for the following reasons:
1. Since petitioners are the sole surrounding property
the street interferes with the use and enjoyment of their
w n property.

other property owners other than petitioners.
