WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the
public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley -way, road or high-
way as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and
WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to
hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accor-
dance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 2:00 P. M. Tuesday,
March 9. 197& said Board will hold a public hearing
to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any
right of the County and the public in and to the following described street,
alley -way, road or highway:
That portion of North Drive, as shown on Plat of Stillwright Point,
Plat No. 2, recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 154 of the Public
Records of Monroe County, Florida, described as follows:
Commence at the most' easterly corner of Lot 22 of said Plat;
thence run in a Northeasterly direction a distance of 10. 0"
thence run in a Northwesterly direction a distance of 112. 010
thence run in a Southwesterly direction a distance of 13. 0' to
the most northerly corner of said Lot 22. Thence run in a
Southeasterly direction along the Northeastern Lot Line of
said Lot 22 a distance of 112.0' to the most easterly corner
Of Lot 22 and the Point of Beginning, all being and lying in
Government Lot 2, Section 1 and Government Lot 1, Section
2, T 61 S - R 39 E, Monroe County, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clark of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.
