RESOLUTION NO.
20 -1971
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Supplement
to the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1970-71,
to account for unanticipated funds received from the Federal Government
Library Grant through the State of Florida, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follow s:
1. That the Supplement to the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1970-71, be, and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $10, 369. 00, as follows:
(1) There is hereby created under "Income"in the Supplement to
the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1970-71,
an item to be known as Item #1422, Grants, Donations and Reimbursements,
other than Government Agencies, Grant for Free Library Service under
Florida Statutes Sections 257.13 and 257.25, which said item shall contain
the sum of $10, 369.00.
2. The following increases are hereby authorized under "Expepd-
itures11 in the Supplement to the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1970 - 71:

BE IT FUR THER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and that upon receipt of the above unanticipated funds, he is hereby
authorized and directed to place said funds in said items, as set forth above.
