RESOLUTION NO.
23 -1971
WHEREAS, the Board of Adjusters of Monroe County, Florida, at a
public hearing on January 29, 1971, duly called and held in accordance with
the Zoning Regulations of Monroe County, Florida, and the laws of the
State of Florida, considered the request of Donald Wollard for a variance
to Second story set back requirements on Part of Section 32, Township 63,
South, Range 37 East, Plat Book 1, Page 41 on Islamorada, Monroe County,
Florida, and
WHEREAS, after taking testimony and hearing all persons desiring
to be heard, said Board denied said request, and
WHEREAS, the said Donald Wollard filed an appeal with the Board of
County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, in accordance with the
laws applicable thereto, asking said Board to reverse the decision of the
Board of Adjusters, and
WHEREAS, on the 9th day of March, 1971, the Board of County
Commissioners held such appeal and no one appeared in behalf of the said
Donald Wollard, and after reviewing the record and proceedings and
action taken at said public hearing on January 29, 1971, voted to uphold
the decision of said Board of Adjusters, and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a Resolution upholding the
decision of said Board of Adjusters, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONR OE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Board of Ad-
justers, made at its public hearing on January 29, 1971, denying the request
of Donald Wollard for a variance to Second story set back requirements on
Part of Section 32, Township 63 South, Range 37 East, Plat Book 1, Page 41
on Islamorada, Monroe County, Florida, be, and the same is hereby upheld,
and the appeal filed by the said Donald Wollard, requesting the Board of
County Commissioners to reverse the decision of said Board of Adjusters,
be, and the same is hereby denied.
