RESOLUTION NO. 32 -1971

WHEREAS, the Board pf 'County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to renounce and disclaim any right of the County and the

public in and t? the hereinafter described street, alley-way, road or high-

WHEREAS, under Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
