That part of Coco Plum Drive, "Coco Plum Beach", as recorded in Plat Book 4,
pg 166 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Fla.. and being more particularly
described by metes and bounds as follows: Commencing at the SE corner of
Lot 1, Block 2 of "Coco Plum Beach", as recorded in Plat Book 4, pg 166 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Fla.. said cor;ner to be known as the Point of
Beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter described. beal' North 136.13' to the
southerly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No.1; thence bear South 67038' W.est,
along the southerly right-of-way line of U. S. Highway No. I, 108.14', thence bear
South 46029'32" East, 137.86', back to Point of Beginning, and that part of Coco
Plum Drive, "Coco Plum Beach", as recorded in Plat Book 4, pg 166 of the
Public Records of Monroe County, Fla.,. and being more particularly described by
metes and bounds as follows: Commencing at the SW Corner of Lot I, Block 1 of
"Coco Plum Beach", said Corner to be known as Point of Beginning of the parcel
of land hereinafter described, bear North 34059'30" East, along the westerly line
of Lot 1, 129.33' to the South right-of-way line of Dolphin Drive; thence bear West,
70', thence bear S., 108. 75', back to the Point of Beginning.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said

adoption of this Resolution by said Board in accordance with the provisions
of Chapter '336. Florida Statues.
