RESOLUTION NO. 58_1971
RESOLUTION TRANSFERRING FUNDS
WHEREAS# it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County" Florida" to make budgeted transfers previously set up in the
Monroe County Budget for the year 1970-71, and to create new items under said
budget# now# therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY. FLORIDA, that the budgeted transfers previously set up in
the Monroe County Budget for the year 1970-71# in the amounts hereinafter set
forth be transferred to and from the following accounts:
ROAD AND BRIDGE FUND
Transfer from Item #451.14, Supplies Not Otherwise Specified,
the sum of $25,00# to Newly Created Item #451,13, Office
Supplies and Expenses Including Printing.
Transfer from Item #451.45, Contracted Services. the sum of
$50.00, to Item #451.04# Travel and Auto Allowance.
GENERAL REVENUE
Transfer from Item #557.29, Utilities, the sum of $125.00, to
Newly Created Item #557.04, Travel and Auto Allowance.
Transfer from Item #821.82# Capital Outlay, the sum of $50. 00, to
Item #221.30, Tools and Implements# Small.
Transfer from Item #821,82, Capital Outlay, the sum of $40. 00, to
Newly Created Item #221,04, Travel and Auto Allowance,
Transfer from Item #55932.01.. Food and Dietary, the sum of $1,200.00,
to Item #55933,02, Medicine to Drugs.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said Board
be# and he is hereby authorized to take the necessary action to effect the transfer
of funds as hereinbefore set forth.
