RESOLUTION NO. 60-1971.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida desires to renounce and disclaims any right of the County and the
public in and to the hereinafter described street, alley -way, road or high-
way as delineated on the hereinafter described map or plat, and
WHEREAS, under. Chapter 336, Florida Statutes, it is necessary to
hold a public hearing after publishing due notice of said hearing in accor-
dance with said Chapter, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that at 2:00 P. M. Tuesday,
August 10 , 1971., said Board will hold a public hearing
to determine whether or not said Board will renounce and disclaim any
right of the County and the public in and to the following described street,
alley -way, road or highway:
A parcel of land in "SOMBRERO ANGLERS CLUB NORTH", as
recorded in Plat Book 6, Page 62 of the Public Records of
Monroe County, Florida, and being more particularly described
by metes and bounds as follows: Commencing at the Northwest
Corner of Lot 18 of said "SOMBRERO ANGLERS CLUB NORTH",
bear North 40 degrees, 53 minutes and 30 seconds East, 25 feet
to the Point of Beginning'of the parcel of land hereinafter described;
from said Point of Beginning, bear North 01 degree, 57 minutes and
37 seconds East, 64, 28 feet; thence bear North 40 degrees, 53 minutes
and 30 seconds East, 25 feet to the Southwest Corner of Lot 17 of
said plat; thence bear South 49 degrees, 06 minutes and 30 seconds
East, 25 feet to a Point of Curve; said curve having a central angle
of 90 degrees and a radius of 25 feet; thence along said curve in a
southerly direction and deflecting tothe left, 30 feet, more or less,
to a point which is bearing North 40 degrees, 53 minutes and 30
seconds from the Point of Beginning; thence bear South 40 degrees,
53 minutes and 30 seconds West, 52 feet, more or less, back to
the Point of Beginning,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and he is hereby ordered to publish notice of said meeting in
accordance with the provisions of Chapter 336, Florida Statutes.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County,. Florida, will hold a public hearing at - 2:00 —P.M.,
on Tuesday, August 10 , 1971, at the Monroe County Court
House In Key West, Florida, to determine whether or not the following
described street, alley=way, road or highway shall be renounced and
disclaimed and/or vacated:
A parcel of land in "SOMBRERO ANGLERS CLUB NORTH", as
recorded in Plat Book 6; Page 62 of the Public Records of Monroe
County, Florida, and being more particularly described by metes
and bounds as follows: Commencing at the Northwest Corner of
Lot 18 of said "SOMBRERO ANGLERS CLUB NORTH", bear North
40 degrees, 53 minutes and 30 seconds East, 25 feet to the Point
of Beginning of the parcel of land hereinafter described; from said
Point.of Beginning., bear North 01 degree, 57 minutes and 37 seconds
East., 64. 28 feet; thence bear North 40 degrees, 53 minutes and 30 .
