RESOLUTION NO. 92-1971
WHEREAS, KEY COLONY EAST, INC., A Florida Corporation,
desires to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for
road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, desires to accept said conveyance, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS
OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Monroe
County, Florida, to-wit:
A 50 feet strip of land in a part of "COCO PLUM BEACHII, a
subdivision recorded in Plat Book 4, Page 166, of the Public
Records of Monroe County, Florida, and being more part...
icularly described as being adjacent and contiguous to in a
westerly direction from AVE. C OF SAID PLAT and being
more particularly described by metes and bounds as follows:
Commencing at the Northeast Corner of Lot 8, Block 6, of
said "COCO PLUM BEACH, "said Corner to be known as the
POINT OF BEGINNING of the 50 foot strip of land hereinafter
described; bear southwesterly along the southerly right-of..
way line of Coco Plum Drive, 55 feet, more or less, to a
point which is 50 feet, measured at right angles to the west..
erly right-of-way line of AVE. C; thence bear South 05040'
West and parallel with AVE. C, 375 feet, more or less; thence
bear South 59009' West and parallel with Ave. C., 55 feet,
more or less to the Property Line of Theodore Sobel; thence bear
South 040 30' West, along the Property Line of Theodore Sobel,
55 feet, more or less, to the Northerly right-of-way line of
1{ve. C; thence bear North 59009' East along the Northerly
right-of-way line of Ave. C to its intersection with the Westerly
right-af-way line of Ave. C; thence bear North 05040' East,
along the westerly right-of-way line of Ave. C. 425 feet back
to the POINT OF BEGINNING,
being deeded by KEY COLONY EAST, INC., to MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
for road purposes, be and the said conveyance is hereby accepted and approved
and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board be, and they are hereby authorized
to execute the neces sary acceptance on said deeds of conveyance, and cause
