Resolution 101-1971 RESOLUTION 1'10. 101-1971 WHEREAS, STANLEY SWITLIK and p. WANDA SWITLIK, his wife~ desire to convey certain lands to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, and WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida desire to accept said conveyance, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONR OE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described land in Monroe County, Florida, to-wit: Commencing at the NW corner of Section 35, T.65S., R.33E., Tallahassee Meridian, Monroe County, Florida, thence S. along the W. section line of said Section 35, 3451. 57 feet to the Point of Beginning, thence continuing along said section line 1918.43 feet; thence E. 2,083.76 feet; thence North 200 531 00" West, 2412 feet; thence due W. 155 feet ~ to the point of intersection with a line parallel to and 100 feet S. E. of the existing Mean High Water Line as shown on a "Plat of Survey" made by C. G. B Bailey, Reg. Florida Land Surveyor No. 620 and dated April 21, 1971; thence S. W. fly along the said line running 100 feet parallel to and S. E. of the Mean High Water Line a distance of 1325 feet ;!: to the Point of Beginning. Containing 75.367 acres + being deeded by STANLEY SWITLIK and p. WANDA SWITLIK, his wife, to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, be and the said conveyance is hereby accepted and approved and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the nece ssary acceptance on said Deed, of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
