A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS ACCEPTING CERTAIN CONDITIONS PLACED
ON PROPERTY TRANSFERRED TO THE COUNTY AS A
GIFT BY V. M. DROST AND W. I. DROST
WHEREAS, Vincent M. Drost and Wilver I. Drost have executed
Deeds to Lot Two (2), and Lot Three (3), Block Twenty-three (23),
Cudjoe Gardens Eighth Addition, Cudjoe Key, Monroe County,
Florida, transferring title to Monroe County through a gift, with
no exchange of money in consideration therefor; and
WHEREAS, certain conditions were placed in the deeds by the
Drosts regarding the gift; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
UONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the County shall comply with the
conditions imposed in the Deeds transferring ownership of
Lot Two (2), and Lot Three (3), Block Twenty-three (23), Cudjoe
Gardens Eighth Addition, Gudj oe Key, Monroe County, Florida, to
the County of Monroe as follows:
1. Any use of Lot 2 is subject to sellers' approval. No
house shall be built on Lot 2, Block 23, as long as Vincent M.
Drost and Wilver I. Drost are living on Lot 12, Block 5, of
Cudjoe Gardens. (Official Records Book 1208, page 0746.)
2. When Lot 3, Block 23, Cudjoe Gardens Eighth Addition,
Cudjoe Key, Monroe County, Florida, is sold or built on, the
proceeds of the value thereof shall be used for quarters on Lot
1, Block 23, Cudjoe Gardens Eighth Addition, Cudjoe Key, Monroe
County, Florida, for ambulance crew so that a complete
sub-station can be maintained on Lot 1 as agreed an original gift
of Lot, on or before January 11, 1994, (Official Records Book
1208, page 0745.)
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
the
