RESOLUTION NO. 268-1992
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE
OF A DONATION OF TWO PARCELS OF PROPERTY, ONE
LOCATED ON KEY VACA AND ONE LOCATED ON BIG
PINE KEY.

WHEREAS, John Michael Scharf has proposed to donate two
parcels of property to Monroe County; and
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it would be in the best
interest of Monroe County for the said parcels to be accepted;
now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Mayor of the Board of County
Commissioners is hereby authorized to accept deeds to the parcels
to be donated by John Michael Scharf and that the deeds be duly
recorded in the Official Records of Monroe County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
the 13th day of
