RESOLUTION NO. 30 -1975
WHEREAS, holders of building permits issued by the Monroe
County Building and Zoning Department have failed to start construction
under said permits, and
WHEREAS, numerous requests have been received by the Board
of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, to refund fees paid
for such unused permits, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that if any holders of building permits issued
by the Monroe County Building and Zoning Department does not start con-
struction within 90 days of issuance, said building permits will be can-
celled and/or revoked.
