Resolution 065-1975RESOLUTION NO.65 -1975 WHEREAS, the Zoning Board of Monroe County, Florida, at a public hearing on October 25, 1974, duly called and held in accor- dance with the zoning regulations of Monroe County,- Florida, and the laws of the State of Florida, considered the request of Ronald C. Gillman for a change of zoning on Lots 4, 5, and 6, of Block 20, according to the Plat of Twin Lakes Subdivision, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 160, located in Section 15, Township 61 South, Range 39 East (Key Largo), from BU-1 to BU-2 with a BU-2E, and also a variance to the depth requirements in a BU-2 Zone, and WHEREAS, after hearing all persons to be heard, said Board granted the request for the change of zoning from BU-1 to BU-2 with a BU-2E, and a variance to the depth requirements in a BU-2 Zone, and WHEREAS, Mr. Don Schloesser, President of the Upper Keys Citizens Association, filed an.appeal with the Board of County Com- missioners of Monroe County, Florida, asking the Board to reverse the decision of the Zoning Board, in accordance with the laws applic- able thereto, and TwT EREAS, on the 15th day of April, 1975, the Board of County Commissioners held such appeal and after reviewing the record and pro- ceedings and said action taken at said public hearing on October 25, 1974, and taking testimony and hearing all persons desiring to be heard, voted to deny the appeal and to uphold the decision of the Zoning Board in granting the request for change of zoning from BU-1 to BU-2 with a BU-2E, and also a variance to the depth requirements in a BU- 2 Zone, and WHEREAS, it is necessary to pass a resolution confirming the above action of said Board of County Commissioners, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the decision of the Zoning Board made at the public hearing on October 25, 1974, granting the request of Ronald C. Gillman for a change of zoning from BU-1 to BU-2 with a BU--2E'; and -a variance to the depth requirements in a BU-2 Zone on -Lots 4, 5, and 6,' of Block 20,- according to the Plat of Twin Lakes Subdivision, .. as -recorded in Plat Book .3, Page, 160,. located if .
