A RESOLUTION TO RESCIND RESOLUTION NO. 233-1992

WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items to account for
unanticipated funds in the Monroe County Budget for the
Fiscal Year 1992 and to create new items under said budget,
and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
233-1992, passed and adopted April 22, 1992, due to an
erroneous account number, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the receipt of unanticipated
funds previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the
Fiscal Year 1992 in Resolution No. 233-1992, passed and
adopted on April 22, 1992, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board
held on the 10th day of June, A.D. 1992.
