RESOLUTION NO.1lS-1975
WHEREAS, WILLIAM H. LORIMER, JR., joined herein by his
wife, ~~RTHA C. LORIMER, desires to convey certain lands to the
County of Monroe, State of Florida, for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of ~funroe County,
Florida, desires to accept said conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following described lands in Monore
County, Florida, to-wit:
A part of Lot 3, Block 5, Jolly Roger Estates, Plat
Book 5, paee 34, Official Records of Monroe County,
Florida, more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows: Beginning at the intersection of
the South right-of-way line of Captain Kidd Road and
the West boundary line of Lot 2, Block 5, as de-
lineated on the aforesaid plat, run South along the
said West boundary line of Lot 2 for a distance of
15 feet; thence at a deflection angle of 95015'00"
to the right and parallel to the South boundary line
of Captain Kidd Road for a distance of 20 feet;
thence at a deflection angle of 84045'00" to the
right and parallel to the West boundary line of Lot 2
for a distance of 15 feet to a point in the South
right-of-way line of Captain Kidd Road; thence at a
deflection angle of 95015'00" to the right along the
South right-of-way line of Captain Kidd Road for a
distance of 20 feet back to the Point of Beginning.
ALSO
A part of Lot 4, Block 5, Jolly Roger Estates, Plat
Book 5, Page 34, Official Records of ~funroe County,
Florida, more particularly described by metes and
bounds as follows: Beginning at the intersection
of the North right-of-way line of Captain Kidd Road
and the West boundary line of Lot 5, Block 5, as de-
lineated on the above described plat run North along
the said West boundary line of Lot 5, for a dis-
tance of 15 feet; thence at a deflection angle of
84045'00" to the left and parallel to the North
boundary line of Captain Kidd Road for a distance
of 20 feet; thence at a deflection angle of 95015'00"
to the left and parallel to the West boundary line
of said Lot 5 for a distance of 15 feet to a point
in the North boundary line of Captain Kidd Road;
thence at a deflection angle of 84045'00" to the left
and along the North right-of-way line of Captain
Kidd Road for a distance of 20 feet back to the Point
of Beginning.

MARTHA C. LORIMER, to the County of Monroe, State of Florida, for
road purposes, be, and the said conveyance is hereby accepted and
approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk of said Board be, and they
are hereby authorized to execute the necessary acceptance on said
deed of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the Public
Records of Monroe County, Florida.
