WHEREAS, it is a financial inconvenience to some of the
County's employees authorized to travel on County business to have
to wait for reimbursement until the Board of County Commissioners
can meet and approve the issuance of warrants for reimbursement
to said employees, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Clerk of said Board and the Mayor-
Chairman of said Board be and they are hereby authorized to sign and
release said warrants upon presentation of the appropriate state-
ment of expenses to any employee who has travelled by authorization
of said Board of County Commissioners which said warrants will be
approved at the next meeting of said County Commissioners following
the release of said warrants.
