RESOLUTION NO. 34-1974
RESOL UTION APPROVING PLA T FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, BIG SPANISH COVE, INC., a Florida corporation,
and DOLPHIN HARBOUR, INC., a Florida corporation, CLIFTON G.
BAILEY and MAR Y G. BAILEY, his wife, TOM G. GA TO and JEANETTE
F. GATO, his wife, JOHN R. MIEROW and SHIRLEY M. MIEROW, his
wife, JOSEPH A. LUPTON and LAURA B. LUPTON, his wife, WOLFGANG
A. SCHLEU and HANNELORE K. SCHLEU, his wife, HARRY P. DEWS, JR.
and JACKIE L. DEWS, his wife, ANTHONY C. HOUGHTON and CHARLENE
J. HOUGHTON, his wife, RALPH B. STAHRE and BEVERLY J. STAHRE,
his wife, JOSEPH F. BARONE and ELIZABETH B. BARONE, his wife, and
GRACE S. WRIGGINS, have requested that the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida approve for record a plat known as " AMENDED
PLAT OF DOLPHIN HARBOUR, an amended plat of ':Dolphin Harbour! P. B.
6- P. 37, and a subdivision of a portion of Section 18 - Township 66 S, Range
30 E, No Name Key, Monroe County" Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director and
County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said plat for
record, now" therefore"
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as '1AMENDED PLAT OF
DOLPHIN HARBOUR, an amended plat of !Dolphin Harbour! P. B. 6 - P. 37"
and a subdivision of a portion of Section 18 - Township 66 S. Range 30 E, No
Name Key, Monroe County" Florida", be and the same is hereby approved
for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of said Board are hereby authorized
to sign the certificate of approval of said plat.
