RESOLUTION APPROVING PLAT FOR RECORD
WHEREAS, BAHIA SHORES, INC., a Florida corporation, JOHN
D. CLARKE and MARY CLARKE, his wife, IGNATIUS LESTER and MAR Y
LESTER, his wife, HERBERT R. KARNS and NELLIE O. KARNS, his wife,
THOMAS DANIELS and DOROTHY DANIELS, his wife, RALPH L. HALL,
and IRENE E. HALL, his wife, JOHN ZAMRY and ALICE E. ZAMRY,
ANTHONY A. BUSH and PAULINE C. BUSH, his wife, RICHARD C. BAUER
JR., and ELLEN L. BAUER, his wife, TOM G. GATO and JEANETTE F.
GA TO, his wife, EARL L. KALIL and DOROTHY M. KALIL, his wife,
MICHAEL F. TANACE and SHEILA J. TANACE, his wife, HARRY R. SNAVELY
and ELEANOR M. SNA VEL Y, his wife, ROBERT T. BENTON and PETRONELLA
M. BENTON, his wife, MARK E. YAKUBEC and LYNDIA A. YAKUBEC, his
wife, BENJAMIN B. PEACOCK, KATHERINE BERNHARDT, WILLIAM B.
DIETZ and DRUCILLA J. DIETZ, his wife, HARRY P. DEWS, JR. and
FLORIENCE L. DEWS, his wife, MIKKEL MANDT and JANET MANDT and
WOL FGANG A. SCHLEU and HANNELORE K. SCHLEU, his wife, have
requested that the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,
approve for record a plat known as "AMENDED PLAT OF BAHIA SHORES
PLAT NO.1, an amended plat of tBahia Shores Plat No. 11 P. B. 6, P. 26,
and a subdivision of a portion of Section 18, Township 66 S, Range 30 E,
No Name Key, Monroe County, Florida", and
WHEREAS, the County Tax Assessor, County Zoning Director and
County Engineers have recommended that said Board approve said plat for
record, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the plat known as lIAMENDED PLAT OF
BAHIA SHORES PLAT NO. I, an amended plat of lBahia Shores Plat No. 11
P. B. 6, P. 26, and a subdivision of a portion of Section 18, Township
66 S, Range 30 E, No Name Key, Monroe County, Florida" be and the
same is hereby approved for record, and the Chairman and Clerk of
said Board are hereby authorized to sign the certificate of approval of
said plat.
