RESOLUTION NO. 53~1974
WHEREAS, YALE FREEDLINE, individually, joined by IRMA S. FREEDLINE,
his wife, and YALE FREEDLINE, as Trustee, desires to convey certain lands to
the County of Monroe, State of Florida for road purposes, and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida
desires to accept such conveyance, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,.
FLORIDA, that the following described lands in Monroe County, Florida, to-wit:
The Northerly 20 feet of Lot 8, Block 10 SUNSET COVE,
according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 1,
at Page 165, of the Public Records of Monroe County,
Florida.
being deeded by YALE FREEDLINE, individually, joined by IRMA S. FREEDLINE,
his wife, and YALE FREEDLINE, as Trustee, for road purposes, be, and the
said conveyance is hereby accepted and approved, and the Chairman and the Clerk
of said Board be, and they are hereby authorized to execute the necessary
acceptance on said deed of conveyance, and cause same to be recorded in the
Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
