Resolution 061-1974�. • RESOLUTION N0.61-1974 WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, has been requested to rename the 30-foot County road as shown on Plat of PINE HAMMOCK, a Subdivision located in Section 26, Township 66 South, Range 29 East, Big Pine Key, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 163 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, as there are two roads in said subdivision designated as County roads which causes confusion in locating people living on both of these roads, and WHEREAS, the Big Pine Key Civic Association has suggested that the said 30-foot County road be named Cunningham Lane in the memory of the late Lester Cunningham, now, therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that that certain 30-foot County road as shown on Plat of PINE HAMMOCK, a Subdivision located in Section 26, Township 66 South, Range 29 East, Big Pine Key, Florida, as recorded in Plat Book 3, page 163 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida, be and the same is hereby named Cunningham Lane.
