desires..to.create a new.account-in°the.Monroe County:Card Sound -Bridge Trust
Account to.be known as the:Reserve for Road Repairs Account,:and
WHEREAS, said Board desires. to: transfer'. all of the. funds in the:
Renewal and Replacement Account in said Bridge Trust Account for the.hewly-
created.Reserve for Road Repairs Account,:now;:therefore',.
BE.IT.RESOLVED.BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY.COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that' there . is hereby: created in the' First National Bank of the. Upper
Keys, Tavernier,.Florida, a Reserve and Road Repairs Account and -that the.
Trustee of the:Monroe County:Card Sound Bridge Trust Account be and he'is
hereby:authorized.to'transfer all the..funds in.the.Renewal and Replacement
Account of..the'.Monroe County:Card Sound Bridge Trust Account -to the.Reserve
and Road Repairs Account created herein to The'First National Bank of the
Upper Keys Tavernier, Florida.
BE IT FURTHER. RESOLVED BY.SAID BOARD.that funds in the Reserve and
Road Repairs Account can only be spent for repairs and/or construction on the..
Card Sound Road and Toll Bridge.and•can only be withdrawn from said fund upon
certification by'the Fngineer of the:Card Sound�Road and Toll Bridge Authority:
that the. work has been'completed.
