RESOLUTION NO. 84 -1974
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget for the year 1973-74, to
account for unanticipated funds received from other Governmental
Agencies, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe County
Budget for the year 1973-74, be , and the same is hereby increased
by the sum of $15,000.00 as follows:
(l) There is hereby created under "Revenue"
in the General Revenue Fund of the Monroe
County Budget for the year 1973-74, an
item to be known as Item # 1192.04.01,
Comprehensive Manpower Program, which
said item shall contain the sum of
$15,000.00.
(2) The following increase is hereby authorized
under "Expenditures" in the General
Revenue Fund of the Monroe County Budget
for the year 1973-74.
Item # 5348.01.102 Salaries & Wages $lO,OOO.OO
Item # 5348.01. 205 Office Supplies, $ 950.00
including printing
Item # 5348.01. 328 Auto Allowances & $ 1,100.00
Travel
Item # 5348.01.331 Rentals $ 2,200.00
Item # 5348.01. 335 Communications $ 350.00
Item # 5348.01.340 Utilities $ 400.00
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the Clerk of said
Board be, and upon the receipt of the above unanticipated funds, he
is hereby authorized and directed to place said funds in said items,
as set forth above.
